We want to thank you so much for helping to get us in to the Jeep   Wrangler.  You are all wonderful people and showed us that customers do   come first.  In our business, we have to grin and bear a lot hoping down   the road it leaves the right impression on the customer.  You have left   an absolutely wonderful impression on us, and we are very happy to be dealing   with your company.  You truly treated this whole situation with   professionalism and true care which is hard to come by these days.  My   dad leased 3 Jeep Cherokees from you 10 to 15 years ago and mentioned how   wonderful the service was.  He said it was one of the best dealerships he   had ever dealt with.  It is nice to see it hasn't changed.  We felt   very comfortable there.  You all went above and beyond to "service the   customer" and we would just like to thank you again.  We bought one of my   father's Jeeps from him in 1997, and after we sold that we had only been   leasing from Nissan and Ford.  We are very happy to be back in a Jeep and   with your dealership for service and possibly future purchases.  Please   thank Bob for us also, Jim said he was more than helpful giving him the run   down on all of the features.

I just wanted to send a quick note of thanks and appreciation for getting my wife and I into our 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo X.

 

As you know I love the car. It's got everything I was looking for in a luxury SUV and now having driven it for a month I know we made the right decision.

 

Most notably, I would like to acknowledge the service you provided. My schedule is hectic and unpredictable and you all pitched in as a team (thanks Chris, Joyce,Carolyn, Neal and everone else) to accommodate me to make the purchase as easy as possible.
